Magpie Tales 106: Some Call It Art. Some Call It Food.

1965, Manhattan, New York, New York,

an argument for art:
Andy's condensation
of history

there was no need.

the wheel had been
invented by some
"one", or some
collective, and

here we were:

searching for artistry
in the past;  a grand
condensation of ideas
spawning creativity.
or not.

but money talks.

as do the dead.
as do those whose
somewhat original ideas
revolutionized everything
and nothing
at all.

  1. Your soup is deep....and very, very good!

  2. But perhaps he just liked soup...

  3. revolutionized everything and nothing at all...ha...that summed it up nice...he sure made us look at things a bit different...

  4. Yes...everything and nothing at all! Love your use of condensation...great play...

  5. The dead certainly do talk, especially where money is involved! Different take on the theme.

  6. nicely done....thanks for sharing your words
