yet time is lost 
on emerging 
desire.

    oh yes,
    it is still summer!
    and summer nights are the best
    still...stillness..the sounds, the heat, the texture of the air...the bugs singing all around you....who wants to rush this away
    yes, the days are getting shorter...
    but that is part of it....melancholy days
    of summer slipping away
    ah...like a good wine enjoyed
