punctuation

you punctuate
my days and nights
with question and exclamation marks,
commas, and periods.

so sad
that it isn't you
composing the words
between them.

  5. This one is so incredibly sad, Rick. Heart-rending and beautiful.

  7. This is beautiful...an achingly tragic and infinitely poignant metaphor, a feeling we've all had yet not been able to put into words.

  8. Sorry Rick, but I had a different take. Until I read other comments, it applied to my nagging (ex)wife who punctuated (mainly full stops) my life and ideas but didn't offer any suggestions! :-)
