Most times of the year, in
Letchworth State Park in the
Finger Lakes Region of Upstate NY, you can capture the peaceful blue haze across the canyon, through the cabin windows and forests, and beyond the waterfalls.
This past week I've made a couple of visits to the park which is only about a 45 minute drive south of Rochester. The autumn leaves are mostly all gone. Winter colors will soon be more monotone as the fog, ice, and snow claim their season.
This is the time of year when we have to search for the colors of nature more diligently. Old Man Winter wears his cloaks of black, gray, and white. Here are a few photos that capture those "
Different Hues of Letchworth Blue"that seem to be all around us just for the seeking.
