walking through rain
and there's
the happenstance of
walking through rain,
a wet chill on skin
encrusted like diamonds
in your eyes,
a dampened future
on now's brink
seeking revenge
for what
isn't.

ReplyDeleteI will have to think on this one
but I feel it Rick
great photo by the way to go with this bluriness
The imagery is wonderfully vivid, Rick. And the third stanza is simply astounding,
ReplyDelete" wet chill on skin
encrusted like diamonds"
It sends shivers down one's spine.
