From Poets United, Verse First: 'Reaction'
vernal equinox
there is
birth today,
when flesh
meets sky,
where all is
promised,
and all else
forgiven.

Lovely, the transition into spring captured in forgiveness. Beautiful words.
ReplyDelete...glad that Spring has finally re-rights itself to the earth... excellent short offering... smiles...
ReplyDeleteBirth today... it begins, this thing we call spring and adore. I must tell you... the flesh meets sky line threw me for a loop. I wondered if your birth reference was resurrection/Easter related. A death/rebirth image. Thought-provoking and complete in it's brevity.
ReplyDeleteSimple & true.
ReplyDeleteMuch power in the brevity of your words. Thanks for sharing your vision, Rick.
