of color and flow 
we hung stunning 
in our particular 
pose: 

posturing and 
perspective 
gave relevance 
to our pairing,

    A grand piece, morphing freely
    from the essence of poetics to
    some abstract fantasy landscape
    where we dangle like butterflies
    pinned to paint, blending into
    the audacious daubs.

    I also loved the image of each colorful word hanging by a thread. The whole poem feels "suspended" somehow, which works so nicely with the art. Perfect!
